Emma founded Green Puffin Consulting Limited following her departure from The Coca-Cola Company at the end of 2017. An experienced business leader and people manager with over 20+ years FMCG supply chain experience, including strategic and tactical procurement managing global categories and global teams. Emma has procurement expertise gained from the FMCG and Automotive sectors and can assist clients to develop their teams, internal and external relationships to build best in class procurement organisations that include the right skillset and approach.
Emma held the position of Managing Director - Glass Packaging - Global Procurement, at The Coca-Cola Company. Before this, Emma held the position of Managing Director - Aseptic Fibre Packaging - Global Procurement, also at The Coca-Cola Company. Both global roles were accountable for leading global procurement programs across the Coca-Cola Bottling System. Prior roles included other primary and secondary packaging categories as well as direct categories in automotive.
Emma is using her global experience helping clients in a variety of projects including : category strategy, strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, risk management, cross functional team planning, negotiation, business development, FMCG customer requirements, packaging trends and sustainability. With specialised expertise in Beverage Packaging, especially Glass Packaging, Emma is also able to act as a trusted advisor to clients wanting to strengthen their business strategy in this sector.
Effective February 2020, Emma will be engaged full time and not available for new client projects until further notice.
Chris joined Green Puffin Consulting Limited in June 2019, following a distinguished 23+ year career at The Coca-Cola Company & Bottlers.
Chris held the position of Director of Supply Chain, Technical Operations & Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to this, Chris held roles in Global Packaging, Technical Commercialisation, R&D, Marketing, Beverage Capital projects and Beverage Filling & Operations.
Chris is using his FMCG supply chain and technical expertise to assist clients in a broad variety of topics including : Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain leadership, Technical Operations, Packaging Design, Innovation, Sustainability and Brand Development.
Chris is a specialist in: Food and Beverage packaging (metal, plastic, glass, aseptic fiber, secondary and tertiary), product and processes (including temperature controlled), Capital Projects, process design for production/logistics. International supply for foodstuffs in USA, Europe, Eurasia, MEA & Asia. Supply Chain development from procurement, ingredients sourcing, product development, internal & third party production, retail ready packaging or dispensing equipment, quality, safety & sustainability, logistics and integration into financial/commercial business cases.
Chris also leads our Corporate Wellness services. Built upon Chris' fundamental interest in fitness and wellness, what began as a hobby that helped support his own fitness journey over 35 years whilst managing the usual stresses that come with corporate roles, Chris found a love of natural bodybuilding and power lifting. In 2019 Chris obtained Personal Training Level 3 and Nutrition qualifications which provide him additional credentials that support the Corporate Wellness services to help individuals and corporations build more effective Wellness programs.
